Rift had quit erupting by the time I got out to Grand. Not knowing the start or end time, but I suspect the eruption lasted less than three hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So it was a bit of a surprise when there was a Turban Delay interval just after the six hour mark. With no Grand eruption, that meant that the Grand interval would be the longer expected with Rift activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six Turban eruptions later, there was a second Turban Delay interval. Fortunately, Grand had a One Burst Eruption about 31 minutes after the previous Turban eruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterward, Bulger was frequently rumbling, while Belgian and Crystal were both extremely low. Sawmill had been erupting for most of our Grand wait, but was now quiet, and Uncertain did not look like it would erupt.<\/p>\n\n\n

Afterwards, realized it had been 17 hours since we had seen Castle erupt last night. Turned out that Castle needed an additional half hour to finally erupt, and even then there were multiple pauses during the first five minutes. But it finally stopped pauseing and we had the second major eruption in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Going out to Beehive after the Indicator call, we first saw Little Squirt in eruption, then the Lion eruption starting a series. Once again it was windy, but the wind didn't shift so only a portion of the boardwalk west of Plume got doused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Went out for Grand expecting it near sunset. There was a series of undistinguished Turban eruptions, then Grand filled quickly and we got the One Burst Eruption on the last opportunity before sunset. This time the duration was less than ten minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
