When Rift started thirty minutes after West Triplet, and the next Turban eruption did not result in Grand erupting, it was time to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it appears that this eruption of Rift had little effect. Grand erupted within an hour of our leaving, and the following interval was well under seven hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expecting Grand to have longer intervals, did visit to the Lower Basin, but Great Fountain was not near overflow when the rain started. Left, only to have that be the only showers for several hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rain didn't restart until it was time for Grand to erupt. After some prelimiary showers, a strong rain started just as Grand was full and having waves.
