Went out before dawn to Grand to confirm that it had erupted. I estimated that it was about one to 1-1\/2 hours since the eruption based on the sound of boiling down deep in Grand's vent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a late morning Beehive eruption, went out to Grand around the 7-1\/2 hour mark. An hour and a half later we got a West Triplet eruption. I expected that this would trigger a Rift eruption, but it turned out instead that after West Triplet quit, we got a Turban Delay interval. The durations of both Turban's intervals and its eruption durations immediately shortened. One of the Turban eruptions lasted just under 2-1\/2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grand erupted on a Turban interval of less than 13 minutes, which is about as short as I've ever seen. The One Burst Grand lasted less than nine minutes, and Grand made no attempt at even trying to have a second burst. At least Vent & Turban continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
